If you have not already please submit the Rental Request Form. This has a time stamp that will give you first priority for the date you are requesting. After receiving your request, we will email you the documents needed to formally rent the venue to the email provided within the request form.

Cleaning Service
Submit a copy of your liability insurance with "additionally insured" listed as: We and Our Neighbors, all officers, directors, employees, agents and members 15480 Union Avenue PO Box 54098 San Jose, California 95154 If you already have homeowners, renters or business liability insurance you may be able to receive a certificate from your current insurance for free by contacting your agent. Host Liquor Liability Coverage is also required for all events whether alcohol is being served or not. Otherwise event insurance can be purchased at a nominal fee, see resources below:

5) ALCOHOL (if applicable)
'Host Liquor Liability' coverage is required in order to serve any alcoholic beverage.
The State of CA requires that you obtain a State of California Temporary Liquor License if you are selling alcohol or if alcohol is included in the price of admission or the entrance ticket. Nonprofits may obtain an Special Event Permit from CA ABC.
Full Bar may be allowed only with State of California ABC Licensed Caterer with Insurance.

  • We will place a pending reservation on our calendar for one week (7 days) once you submit the request to rent our Venue.
  • Within that time period you must submit your signed Rental Agreement and $500 Security Deposit to secure the date.
  • Final payment and insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to your event or event may be cancelled.
  • If there is less than 30 days prior to your event all information must be submitted at the same time to secure your reservation.
